The fees for our services are usual and customary for the type of specialty service offered. Charges for surgeries are available. An estimate of cost will be made after the patient is examines. Fees are payable when service is rendered. Payment can be made by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Checks accepted and approved by Telecheck are welcomed. PAYMENT IN FULL is required for all cases admitted for surgery and/or diagnostic procedures. There is no billing available. All NEW appointments require a prepaid deposit by credit card. As Friday afternoons and Saturdays are high demand times for appointments with a high cancellation rate, we require a deposit for a revisit appoinment to hold your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, FOR ANY REASON, less than 24 hours in advance of it, the deposit becomes nonrefundable.
